Warranty & Replacement Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Who stands behind your product
The company that made it. Every item we sell comes with its manufacturer’s warranty, unless the product page says clearly that it doesn’t.
Here’s why that matters in practice: we’re the retailer, not the factory. We buy our stock straight from manufacturers or from authorized distributors in the United States, and we keep the paperwork that proves it, which you can ask to see. Each brand decides for itself what its warranty covers, how long it lasts and how repairs or replacements are handled. Those terms differ from one product to the next, and we show them on the product page whenever the manufacturer has published them.
Typical coverage
| Usually covered | Usually not covered |
|---|---|
| Defects in materials or workmanship | Damage caused by misuse or neglect |
| Parts that arrive defective | Mistakes made during assembly or installation |
| Mechanical failures during normal household use | Repairs or changes the maker didn’t approve |
| Electrical failures during normal household use | Normal weathering of a structure that lives outdoors |
| Cosmetic marks that appear after delivery |
The table shows what is typical across the brands we carry. For your own claim, the manufacturer’s warranty document is what counts.
Making a claim
Email contact@moliser.com and include:
- the order number;
- the buyer’s full name as it appears on the order;
- a description of the problem, in your own words;
- photos or a short video, if the problem shows up on camera.
We take it from there and contact the manufacturer for you. Many brands would rather talk to you directly once a claim has been opened, and when that happens it’s usually the quickest way to a fix. Either way you’ll always know who is handling your claim, because we tell you whenever it moves from us to the manufacturer.
A part or a whole new unit
What you receive depends on the brand and on what went wrong. A cracked panel normally means a new panel. A frame that arrived bent often means a complete replacement.
Replacement parts ship straight to your address. Fitting them is usually your job, unless that manufacturer’s terms say they’ll do it.
Shipping costs on a warranty claim
Every manufacturer sets its own rule here, and the rules differ. Some pay to send you the part or the replacement. Others ask you to cover the cost of sending a faulty item back. Whatever they tell us, we pass on to you right away.
One thing worth knowing: for the first 90 days, you’re usually better off using our Refund and Returns Policy, since we cover the return postage on every return. After those 90 days, the manufacturer’s warranty terms take over.
What we can’t do
- Moliser LLC doesn’t sell any extended warranty of its own on top of the manufacturer’s coverage.
- We can’t change or overrule a manufacturer’s terms, and we won’t pretend we can.
- The manufacturer has the last word on every claim, including whether to repair or replace.
Our part in the process
The brand that built the product provides and honors its warranty. Our job is to make the process less of a hassle than it usually is: we file the claim properly, then keep pressing the manufacturer until you hear something definite.
We are careful about which brands we sell, and how a maker treats warranty claims is one of the reasons a product makes it into our catalog. Standing by that choice after you’ve bought is the other half of the job.
