Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Moliser LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates moliser.com. This policy explains what we know about you, where that information comes from, how we use it, who else gets to see it, and how you can have it corrected or deleted.

Information you give us

Placing an order means filling in a form. What you enter there includes:

  • your name, your billing address and the delivery address for the order;
  • your email and phone number, which we and the carrier use to contact you;
  • payment details, which go directly to the payment processor (we never keep the full card number);
  • a record of what you have bought from us and of any messages between you and our support team;
  • a username and password, if you open an account instead of buying as a guest.

Information collected automatically

Every visit leaves some data behind, whether or not you buy anything. It includes the browser you use and the IP address it connects from, the pages you open and how long you spend on them, your device and its operating system, the website or search term that led you here, and whatever the cookies described below record.

Why we use it

We use your information only where there is a reason, and these are the reasons:

  • to process your order and get it delivered;
  • to send order confirmations, shipping notices and tracking updates;
  • to reply to your questions and support requests;
  • to handle returns, refunds and warranty claims;
  • to detect fraud and keep the site secure;
  • to improve the site, our product range and our service;
  • to send marketing emails, but only if you have opted in, and always with an unsubscribe link;
  • to meet the legal obligations that apply to a retailer in the United States.

You agree to the uses listed above when you share your details with us to fill an order, book a delivery or process a return.

You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing contact@moliser.com or calling +1 307-434-5328. Withdrawing it does limit what we can do. A parcel that’s already in transit, for example, can’t reach you without an address.

When your information is shared

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t rent it out or trade it. It is shared in five situations only.

With the companies that help complete your order. These are our payment providers, the parcel and freight carriers that deliver to you, and the company that delivers our order emails. None of them gets more than its own task needs.

When the law requires it. That means things like a subpoena or court order, a formal demand from a government body, or a requirement written into law.

If the business changes hands. If Moliser LLC were ever sold, merged or transferred, customer records would pass to the new owner along with the business.

To prevent fraud and protect our rights. This covers looking into a suspicious transaction or defending ourselves against a legal claim.

Through the chat assistant. Messages you type in the chat window are sent to Anthropic so that a reply can be generated, and a copy of the conversation reaches our staff through Telegram. The section about the chat assistant, lower on this page, explains both.

Your card details

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Both meet the PCI-DSS standard and handle the sensitive part of every payment on their own systems, so we never hold your full card number. The connection between your browser and the payment processor is encrypted.

At checkout you can pick PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or use a card. We take four card brands: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Cookies and similar tracking

Four types of cookie may be placed on your device while you browse:

  • Essential cookies keep your cart and your login working.
  • Analytics cookies give us overall figures about how the site is used, through Google Analytics.
  • Advertising cookies from Google Ads, Meta’s Pixel (Facebook) and AdRoll let us show ads to people who have visited before.
  • Preference cookies remember small choices you have made, ready for your next visit.

Your browser settings let you block or clear cookies at any time. If you do, some features may not work as well afterward, the cart most of all.

Outside services we use

Each of these services is covered by its own privacy policy, and we suggest reading them:

  • Google Analytics, which measures traffic and how the site is used;
  • Google Ads, Meta’s Pixel for Facebook, and AdRoll, which run our ads and retargeting;
  • Stripe and PayPal, which process payments;
  • WordPress and WooCommerce, the software the store runs on;
  • Anthropic, whose language model writes the chat assistant’s replies;
  • Telegram, which carries the assistant’s internal alerts to our staff.

How long we keep information

We keep order and account records for as long as we need them: to show what you bought, to comply with tax and accounting rules, which generally reach back seven years, and to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

Chat transcripts are kept for a shorter time. We delete the record of a conversation 90 days after it takes place, including the copy sent to our staff on Telegram.

To ask us to delete your data, email contact@moliser.com. We complete the request within 30 days, except for anything the law requires us to keep.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the state you live in, you may have some or all of these rights:

  • to get a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • to have information that is wrong or incomplete corrected;
  • to have your personal information deleted;
  • to stop receiving marketing emails, using the unsubscribe link in any of them;
  • to receive your data in a portable format that is widely readable.

To use any of these rights, a single email to contact@moliser.com is enough.

Children’s privacy

Moliser sells outdoor structures to adults. The site is not intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone that young. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal details, let us know and we’ll erase them.

How we protect your information

The whole site runs over SSL. Data we store is encrypted, payment processing meets PCI-DSS, and we monitor for security problems instead of waiting for someone to report one.

Nothing on the internet is completely secure, and a company that says otherwise is overstating things. What we can say is that we use the safeguards a careful retailer should use.

The chat assistant

A chat window labeled Live Chat sits in the corner of the site. An automated assistant replies first, and its first message tells you so. A member of our staff can also join the same window and answer you in person. A language model run for us by Anthropic, a company based in the United States, writes the replies. Your messages, along with the earlier messages of the same conversation, are sent to Anthropic, and the model’s answer comes back to the window. The assistant answers from the content published on this site. It cannot see your cart, your account or your orders, and it cannot place an order or take a payment.

Each conversation is identified by a random session ID and nothing more. We don’t attach your name or your IP address to it, and we make no attempt to find out who you are. Please don’t type a card number or a password into the chat. The assistant has no use for either.

A copy of every conversation also goes to our staff through Telegram, under the same random ID, so that a person can step in when the assistant can’t help and reply in the chat window. We delete the conversation record 90 days after it ends. That covers the Telegram copy and the conversation thread stored on our server so that a staff reply can reach you. Anthropic and Telegram each have their own privacy policies, listed with our other outside services above.

This policy stops applying once you follow a link to a website run by someone else. We have no control over what those sites collect or what they do with it, so read their privacy policy before you give them anything.

Changes to this policy

Our practices change over time, and so does the law, and this policy changes with them. When we update it, the date at the top changes too. If you use the site after that date, the updated policy applies to you.
