Billing Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
This page explains how paying Moliser LLC works: what keeps each transaction safe, which payment details we can see, and which never come to us. Our decision to accept or decline an order is a different topic, explained in our Billing Policy.
All prices are in US dollars
Every amount on the site is in US dollars. There’s no currency selector, and nothing is converted behind the scenes.
Ways to pay
Card payments are processed by Stripe, and the digital wallets settle through their own networks. In both cases the money moves without passing through our hands. We accept:
- PayPal
- Visa cards
- Apple Pay
- Mastercard cards
- Google Pay
- American Express cards
- Discover cards
Encryption on every page
SSL protects the whole site, not just the checkout. Every form here is encrypted, including payment, sign-in and contact forms, on its way between your browser and our server. Encrypted data is scrambled while it travels, so anyone who intercepted it would end up with nothing they could use. That matters most for card details and login details, and those happen to be the two things we keep the least of.
What PCI-DSS means for you
PCI-DSS stands for the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. Any business that touches card data has to follow its rules. It exists to reduce the chance of card information being exposed or misused.
We meet it in the most sensible way available: we don’t handle raw card data ourselves. Stripe and PayPal, the two companies that process our payments, each meet PCI-DSS, and your card is charged inside their systems, never inside ours. Every payment on this site is routed through a PCI-compliant gateway.
The details we do see after an order
The list really is short. We keep each item on it to get your order to you and to look it up if you ask about it later on. There is no other reason we keep them:
- your order itself, meaning what you bought and what you paid;
- the billing address and the shipping address on that order;
- the last four digits of the card, so the order can be matched to its payment.
What we never see
- the long number across the front of your card;
- its expiry date;
- the three- or four-digit security code.
We don’t collect, view or store any of these. They go straight to the payment partner and stay with them. If someone asked us for your card number tomorrow, we couldn’t hand it over, because it was never on our systems. That is exactly why the arrangement works the way it does.
Billing details and your privacy
Billing information is personal information, and we treat it that way. Nobody can buy it or rent it from us, and nobody gets it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for everything we hold and the length of time we hold it.
