Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
This website, moliser.com, belongs to Moliser LLC, a company registered in Wyoming. When these terms say “we,” “us” or “our,” they mean Moliser LLC. “You” covers every visitor: people who buy, people who only look around, suppliers who sell to us, and anyone who sends us a message or a file.
By using the site you agree to these terms and to the other policies they link to. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site. We’d ask you to read them before you place an order, not afterward.
When these terms change
We update this page whenever the way we run the business changes. The version posted here is the one in force, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised. Looking in now and then is your responsibility. If you carry on using the site after an update, the revised terms apply to you.
Who may place an order
To order from us you must be old enough to sign a binding contract where you live. If you’re younger than that, a parent or guardian has to accept these terms on your behalf and keep an eye on how you use the site.
Using the site fairly
The site exists so you can shop, read about our products and get in touch with us. While you use it, follow every law that applies to you, at every level of government. Never send anything harmful to the site or through it, such as a virus, malware or other code written to do damage.
We can take away your access if you:
- do anything unlawful, or encourage someone else to;
- ignore any law or rule you are bound by;
- infringe our intellectual property or anyone else’s rights;
- harass, abuse or discriminate against another person;
- give us information you know is false or misleading;
- upload malicious code of any kind;
- collect or track what other visitors do here without their permission;
- send spam, attempt phishing or use any similar trick;
- probe the site’s security or try to get around it.
If you do any of these, we may suspend or end your access straight away, without warning you first.
Prices
You pay the price that is on the product page when you place your order. We try to keep our prices in line with the prices Google Shopping shows for the same products, so the two stay the same.
Once in a while a technical fault can display a wrong price. If that happens on an order you have already placed, we’ll contact you before we process it. At that point the choice is yours: pay the corrected amount, or cancel and get every cent back. We will never charge you the higher amount without asking.
We may add, change or remove features and services on the site whenever we think it sensible, and we are not liable to you or to anyone else for doing so.
Product listings, stock and order limits
Some products may be sold only on this site, and some may be available only in small numbers. Every purchase is covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Photos can’t show everything perfectly. A color or a finish may look slightly different on your screen than it does outdoors. We may cap the number of units sold to one customer or into one area, and we can edit a description or stop offering a product whenever we need to.
We can’t promise that every product will suit every buyer. We can promise that when a real mistake comes to our attention, we correct it.
Genuine products
Every product in our catalog is genuine. We buy it directly from the manufacturer or through a distributor the manufacturer has authorized. Counterfeits, replicas and imitations are never sold here. The records behind this are described on our Authorized Retailer & Authenticity page.
Payment and chargebacks
You can pay with PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card processed by Stripe. When you place an order you confirm two things: you have the right to use that payment method, and the billing information you entered is accurate.
If something goes wrong with an order, please come to us before anyone else. Most problems are fixed with a single email. A chargeback is meant for fraud or a charge you never authorized. It isn’t the tool for a problem we were never given a chance to fix, and we will dispute any chargeback that we think is being used the wrong way. Let us try to put things right before your bank gets involved. That way is quicker for you and costs us less.
Accuracy of the site
We work to keep the site correct and up to date, but no website is perfect every minute of the day. Use the information here as a general guide rather than the only thing you rely on before buying, since some of it is older material we keep for reference. We may change or remove content without notice.
Now and then a product page, a price, an offer, a delivery charge or a stock count may carry a typo, leave something out or simply be wrong. We may correct any of these whenever we find them. If a pricing mistake affects your own order, the Prices section above explains what happens next. Beyond what the law requires, we have no duty to update other information on the site.
Your information and our content
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Anything you send us, apart from payment details, may cross networks without encryption and may be reformatted to suit the equipment that carries it.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell or otherwise use the content of this site without our written permission. The headings on this page are only there to help you find your way around it. They don’t change what any section means.
We may also turn down an order or refuse service to anyone, for any reason we consider sound.
Ideas, feedback and other things you send us
If you send us an idea, a suggestion or feedback, by email or through a form, we are free to use it. We owe you nothing for it and have no duty to keep it confidential.
You are responsible for anything you submit. Make sure it is legal, that you own the right to send it, and that it carries no harmful code or content. We may change or remove any submission we consider unlawful, abusive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate, although we have no obligation to review what is submitted.
Other companies’ tools and links
We may sometimes give you access to a tool or service run by another company. We don’t control those services and can’t answer for how they work. We make no promises about them, they come in whatever condition they are in, and you use them at your own risk, so please read the provider’s own terms first. Any similar feature we add later is covered by these terms as well.
The same applies to links that take you off our site and to products or content supplied by others. A link does not mean we endorse what is at the other end, and we are not responsible for it. A complaint about another company’s product should go to that company.
Disclaimers and the limits of our liability
We can’t guarantee that the site will always be available, free of errors or safe from every security threat. Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.”
As far as the law allows, Moliser LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from anything bought through it, including lost profits, lost data and the costs that follow from them. Because some states don’t permit limits of this kind, this section may not fully apply where you live. It never takes away a legal right that cannot be waived.
Indemnity
If a claim is made against us because you broke these terms, broke a law or violated someone else’s rights, you agree to cover it, including reasonable legal fees. This protects Moliser LLC and also our officers, staff, affiliates and service providers.
Ending this agreement
These terms stay in effect until they are ended. You can end them at any time by no longer using the site.
If we believe you have broken these terms, we may suspend or end your access without notice. Anything you owe up to that point is still payable, and an order already on its way is still handled under the policies in force on the day you ordered.
If part of these terms can’t be enforced
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part is limited or removed only as far as necessary, and the rest stays in full force. If we don’t enforce a right on one occasion, we have not given it up.
These terms, together with the policies published on this site, make up the entire agreement between you and us, and they replace any earlier understanding on the same subject.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you and Moliser LLC agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
