Who we are
Moliser LLC is an independent store that resells products made by other companies, so Moliser is the name of the store, not the name on the product. Each product’s brand belongs to its maker, and the product page tells you who that is.
Where our stock comes from
We use two sources and only two. We buy directly from the manufacturer, or we buy from a wholesaler that the brand has approved as a US distributor. Nothing reaches us through liquidation lots, gray-market importers or middlemen we can’t identify.
Our authenticity commitment
Everything we sell is the real product. We never stock, list or ship counterfeits, imitations, knockoffs, or goods that have been diverted from the manufacturer’s authorized supply chain. There are no exceptions.
The records behind it
Anyone can make a claim like that, so we hold on to the proof.
For each branded product we list, we file the purchase invoices that show where the stock came from, together with authorization letters or distributor documents for the brands that issue them. If a customer, an ad platform or a marketplace reviewing our account ever needs to check, we’ll provide those records when asked.
Warranties
If a product comes with a warranty, the manufacturer provides it on the manufacturer’s own terms, not ours. Our Warranty & Replacement Policy explains what that means when you need to make a claim.
